Calls for assistance in the management of care and repatriation are received by our team of qualified nurses based in Bristol, who provide 24 hour support.

They have access to a team of doctors who are under the control of our Medical Director. The team, who work closely with the patient's family and their insurance company, decide what is in the best interests of the patient.

  • Can they be treated safely and effectively where they are?
  • Should they be bought home and if so, by what method of transportation?
  • Do they need a Medical escort?
  • What continuing treatment is required back in the UK?

Every case is different and often very complex to manage, so a dedicated and experienced team is required to ensure the best outcome for the patient.
